  • Do you partner with ethical factories that meet international labor standards? What processes have you implemented to make your supply chain more sustainable?

Almost all of our supply chain is now located locally here in Australia with companies that share the same social and environmental passions as we do here at Edible Blooms. For example, our printing materials are carbon offset and we only use environmentally friendly ink and we have partnered with the same Australian printers for many years. As a female founded and Australian owned family business we take great pride in partnering with other companies that share our values and priorities.

  • How does your company give back to the community (e.g. financial donations, volunteering, partnerships etc.)?

  • How has your company made a commitment to achieve and maintain inclusion & diversity (e.g. Gender / Race / Ethnicity / National Origin / Sexual Orientation / Religion / Disability / Age)?

We're a female founded business with a majority female skewed team so inclusion and diversity is a priority. A special part of our gift range respects Pride each year with a specialised 'rainbow' gift range that is as bright and colourful as the community it celebrates. This is just one example of the various community groups we acknowledge throughout the year. Embracing our community is our priority.

  • How does your circular model or circular initiative work?

We embrace customers refilling our gifts anytime. A living and regular example of this is our valued client, Hays Recruitment. With the Hays team, we have an ongoing circular model to refill their corporate gift bouquets to minimise wastage and bring more joy for less to their valued clients.
