Hype DC

At Hype DC we sift through the legacies, the tributes, and the trends to authenticate the true standouts. Enabling us to deliver a curated world-class assortment of sneakers for our community.

Our commitment

Hype DC supports the expansion of “eco-friendly” ranges across our product offering and we will continue to work with our key brand partners to bring these ranges into the Australian and New Zealand markets. We’re committed to managing and reducing the impact we have on the environment. We recognise our corporate responsibility for driving initiatives that divert waste from landfill through recycling or re-purposing waste. We have identified three key areas of focus under our environmental framework that we believe have the greatest impact on our environmental footprint; shopping bags made from 30% recycled materials and can be recycled after use, e-commerce satchels made from 100% post-consumer waste, and in-store signage made from recycled materials. In 2021/2022, Hype DC has collected over 2,700 pairs of unwanted footwear diverting over 1,300 kgs of landfill. With ASGA's support, all unwanted footwear has been repurposed into playgrounds and other community required materials.
