Our Sustainability Framework

• Emissions & Key Environmental Issues

  What is your company doing to reduce your emissions or combat key environmental issues (e.g. waste (packaging, end of life product strategy or recycling), biodiversity, land use, water, chemical use, energy use, and natural resource use etc.)?

  At Oz Hair and Beauty our packaging is 100% recyclable and doesn't contain any plastic. We donate products to Women's Domestic Violence shelters that would otherwise not be able to be sold. We also collaborate with our suppliers to act as a voice for their recycling schemes so that products and appliances don't end up in landfill.

• Community Initiatives

  How does your company give back to the community (e.g. financial donations, volunteering, partnerships etc.)?

  Over the years we have donated to organisations such as R U OK, Movember, Women's Domestic Violence Shelters, International Womens Day Organisations and Dry July. We also offer our team paid volunteer and mental health days.
