• Emissions & Key Environmental Issues

  What is your company doing to reduce your emissions or combat key environmental issues (e.g. waste (packaging, end of life product strategy or recycling), biodiversity, land use, water, chemical use, energy use, and natural resource use etc.)?

  We're passionate about the circular economy, rehoming pre-loved goods and promoting sustainable shopping. Op shopping online won’t replace the experience of visiting your nearest Sacred Heart Mission store, but by creating an online op shop we are able to reach our customers interstate, and showcase the incredible stock gifted by our Sacred Heart Mission donors.

• Materials

  How are the products your company offers made from environmentally friendly materials (e.g. recycled, organic materials)?

  We offer a plethora of recycled second-hand goods including; clothing, accessories, bric-a-brac and electronics.

• Service Offering

  How are the service/s you offer environmentally friendly?

  Our service ultimately saves clothing and other items from landfill; whether it is to be worn, used or repurposed and upcycled.

• Community Initiatives

  How does your company give back to the community (e.g. financial donations, volunteering, partnerships etc.)?

  Sacred Heart Mission is a not-for-profit charity assisting people experiencing homelessness and disadvantage in Melbourne, Victoria.

• Circular Models

  How does your circular model or circular initiative work?

  With the donations of second-hand goods provided by the public, we can resell them through the online and the op shops and the profits go to supporting people experiencing disadvantage and homelessness in Melbourne, Victoria.

• Supply Chain
